Individual and Couples Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy has a long history of helping people heal and be more effective in their lives. I use an integrative approach to therapy that, while it has its roots in examining patterns of communication, draws the best of from each of the theories that inform the work of therapy. More currently, in the era of brain science and our growing knowledge of the power of the mind–and that “mind” is actually located throughout the body, more of psychotherapy looks beyond simply talking to more experiential processes.
Most of our work begins with talk therapy to help us et to know one another and to help me obtain a good picture of your historical influences and current concerns.
